Hello Parents & Players,
It is with great pleasure we invite you to the first annual golf charity tournament to raise funds for Westfield Youth Soccer Association.
The event is being organized and hosted by the Tech Directors! We need each team to spread the word and get 4 players and one auction gift!
In addition we need holes sponsors, auction gifts and one major sponsor.
The event is taking place at IRONWOOD GOLF CLUB, Fishers, May 6th, Thursday, 8am start!
The cost is $95 per person which includes 18 holes, cart, driving range before start, lunch and prizes to be won!
We need:
Major Sponsor: $2,000
Hole Sponsor: $250
Breakfast Sponsor: $250
Lunch Sponsor: $500
Putting Contest Sponsor: $250
Auction gifts, such as meal for two, gift cards, Polo shirts, signed sports memorabilia, weekend away etc.
